Login to your AWS account from AWS Management Console and expand the dropdown menu next to your account name on the right top corner. On the drop down menu, choose ‘My Billing dashboard’.
Choose ‘Cost Explorer’ on the left side menu.
On the following screen, Choose ‘Launch Cost Expolorer’ to launch the Cost Explorer.
